How It Works

    Use the Valise app to schedule your pickup and/or delivery. Just enter your flight info, address, and preferred time—and we’ll take it from there.

  • Pickup

    A Valise coordinator meets you at your home or meets your luggage at the airport baggage claim to collect your luggage—right on schedule, sealed and secure.

  • Deliver

    We deliver your luggage to your destination—whether that’s your front door or the airport—within your chosen time window.
